Summary

This study tests a personalized approach to treat high-risk breast cancer before surgery. Researchers use genetic testing of the tumor to choose the best drugs for each patient. The goal is to improve response and understand why some tumors resist treatment. About 200 adults with large or aggressive breast tumors are taking part.
