Summary
This early-stage study is testing a personalized DNA vaccine for children and young adults (ages 12-25) whose brain or spine tumors have returned or resisted treatment. The main goals are to see if creating and giving this custom vaccine is safe and possible. Researchers will also track if the vaccine helps slow tumor growth or extend life.
