Summary
This study is testing a new method to find better drug combinations for people whose aggressive brain cancer has returned. Doctors will grow miniature versions of a patient's tumor in the lab to test many drug combinations and find the most effective one for that specific person. The goal is to see if this personalized approach can help control the cancer's growth and extend survival.
