Brain scans could unlock better pain relief
NCT ID NCT07266103
Summary
This study is testing if customizing magnetic brain stimulation to a person's unique brain activity works better for chronic pain than the standard one-size-fits-all approach. Researchers will scan the brains of 90 people with chronic pain to guide where to apply the stimulation. The goal is to see if this personalized method leads to better pain control and quality of life.
