First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study is for 40 adults with chordoma of the spine, skull base, or sacrum who will receive radiation therapy before surgery. Researchers want to see if changes in tumor DNA in the blood and special imaging features can predict how well the tumor responds to radiation. The goal is to develop better tools to guide treatment, not to test a new cure or therapy.
