Summary
This study aims to find the best way to personalize a mental wellness app to help people feel better. It will enroll 1,100 adults with mild depression symptoms to test different app features, like video introductions and reminder messages. The goal is to see which combination of features most effectively reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety and improves overall well-being over four months.
