Summary

This study aims to create a personalized dosing system for a powerful antibiotic called ceftobiprole in patients aged 60 and older. It will enroll 150 older patients to measure drug levels in their blood and adjust their doses in real-time. The goal is to find the perfect dose for each person to fight serious infections effectively while minimizing the risk of side effects.
