First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study compares a new pacing method (conduction system pacing) to standard care in 120 adults with bradycardia (slow heart rate) and wide QRS (a sign of electrical delay in the heart). The goal is to see if the new method better prevents a drop in the heart's pumping ability over 12 months. Participants must have a pacemaker indication and meet specific heart rhythm criteria.
