Dialysis study seeks better fluid control formula
NCT ID NCT06443021
Summary
This study aimed to test how different fluid volumes, dwell times, and glucose levels affect fluid removal during automated peritoneal dialysis. It planned to enroll kidney failure patients on stable dialysis to collect detailed treatment data. The goal was to improve the accuracy of predicting how much fluid the dialysis process removes, which is important for patient health. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
