Summary
This study is collecting personal, clinical, and test information from 4,000 adults with peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage). The goal is to create a detailed record of all types of peripheral neuropathies and see if ultrasound can help diagnose and track the disease. No new treatments are being tested; the focus is on gathering data to improve future care.
