Summary
This study tests whether combining targeted therapies with or without an immunotherapy drug can shrink advanced stomach tumors before surgery and improve long-term outcomes. About 50 adults with HER2-positive stomach cancer that cannot be removed right away will receive treatment before and after surgery. The goal is to find safer and more effective ways to control the disease.
