Summary

This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab to standard chemotherapy and the targeted drug apatinib improves outcomes for people with stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that can be surgically removed. About 580 adults will receive the treatment before and after surgery. The goal is to see if this combination leads to more complete tumor disappearance and longer survival without the cancer coming back.
