Summary
This study tests whether giving a long-acting inhaled medication before and after lung cancer surgery can lower the chance of serious lung complications. It involves 266 adults with lung cancer who are at high risk for these problems. Participants will receive the inhaled treatment around the time of their surgery, and the number of lung complications will be checked one week later.
