First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether adjusting chemotherapy doses based on a patient's genetic makeup can improve outcomes for people with advanced stomach or esophageal cancer that has spread to nearby tissues or lymph nodes. About 36 participants will receive a combination of four chemotherapy drugs before and after surgery. The main goal is to see if this approach increases the chance of completely removing the tumor during surgery.
