NCT ID NCT07346651
First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding percussive massage therapy (like a massage gun) with a heat attachment to standard rehab can help people with chronic low back pain. About 48 adults aged 25 to 55 with long-term back pain will either get standard care (exercise and TENS) or standard care plus the massage therapy for 2 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and quality of life to see if the massage provides extra benefit.
