Massage gun therapy tested for stroke recovery

Summary
This study looks at whether percussion massage therapy (like using a massage gun) can help people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago. The goal is to see if it reduces muscle tightness and improves walking and balance. About 34 adults aged 40-65 with leg weakness after a stroke will take part.
