First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study explores whether a type of visual training called perceptual learning can improve vision in children aged 6 to 10 with mild nearsightedness (low myopia). Thirty children will be split into a training group and a control group. The training group will use a digital system for about 3 months to practice seeing blurry patterns. The goal is to see if this training can sharpen their eyesight without glasses or other treatments.
