First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This completed study at Universiti Teknologi MARA looked at what parents and children prefer when it comes to filling cavities in baby molars. 140 parent-child pairs were shown four types of fillings (stainless steel crowns, amalgam, composite, and bioflex crowns) and asked which they liked best. The goal was to understand their worries and choices so dentists can better tailor care and make dental visits more positive.
