First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new drug (peposertib) combined with a radioactive treatment (lutetium Lu 177 dotatate) for people with a type of neuroendocrine tumor. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose, and to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 29 adults with well-differentiated, somatostatin receptor-positive tumors are taking part.
