Summary
This study tested a treatment called PepCan in 17 people who had head and neck cancer and were in remission (no signs of cancer). The goal was to see if seven injections of PepCan over two years could safely reduce the risk of cancer returning. Researchers compared PepCan to a placebo and looked at side effects, cancer recurrence rates, and immune system changes.
