New weapon tested in fight against advanced cancers

Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new drug called PEP-010. It is being given alone and in combination with standard chemotherapy drugs to patients with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to see how safe it is and if it shows any early signs of helping to control cancer growth.
