Summary

This study tests whether pentoxifylline, a drug usually used for blood flow problems, can safely reduce symptoms in people with mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis. Researchers will measure changes in disease activity and quality of life over the trial period. The study aims to enroll 60 adults who are not on steroids or other immune-suppressing treatments.
