Stretch before surgery: new study tests penile traction for better implant outcomes

Summary
This study looks at whether using a penile traction device (RestoreX) for several weeks before getting a penile implant can help increase the length of the implant and improve patient satisfaction. About 48 men with erectile dysfunction who are scheduled for implant surgery will be randomly assigned to use the device or not. The goal is to see if this simple, non-surgical step leads to better results.
