Summary
This study is testing whether injecting a local anesthetic directly into the penis during implant surgery can better manage pain afterward. Researchers will compare the anesthetic to a saltwater placebo in 100 men getting their first penile implant. The main goal is to see if this method reduces pain scores and the need for strong opioid painkillers after the operation.
