New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat penile cancer

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of two drugs, dostarlimab and niraparib, can help control advanced penile cancer that has continued to grow after standard chemotherapy. It will involve about 25 men with this specific type of cancer. The main goal is to see if the treatment shrinks tumors and is safe for patients.
