New drug combo tested to fight advanced penile cancer

Summary
This study is testing a treatment plan for men with advanced penile cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes. Participants receive a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy drugs before surgery, followed by more immunotherapy after surgery. The main goal is to see if this approach can completely eliminate all detectable cancer in the removed tissue and improve long-term outcomes.
