Summary

This study tests whether adding a second nerve block to the standard one can better control pain after hip replacement surgery. Forty adults having elective hip replacement will be randomly assigned to receive either a single nerve block or a combination of two blocks. Pain levels and medication use will be tracked for 24 hours after surgery to see which approach works better.
