Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (PENG block and L-ESP block) to see which one provides better pain relief after total hip replacement surgery. About 52 adults having hip replacement under spinal anesthesia will take part. Researchers will track pain scores, painkiller use, and patient satisfaction for 24 hours after surgery.
