Summary

This study tests penfluridol, a drug originally used for mental health, in 33 adults with relapsed small cell lung or cervical cancer. The goal is to see if it can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. Participants take the drug once a week by mouth, and the study will find the best dose and check for side effects.
