First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether a hands-on therapy called pelvic external myofascial mobilization (PEMM) can help women who have both chronic low back pain and urinary incontinence. About 130 women aged 18–65 will receive either PEMM plus exercises or standard pain treatment plus exercises for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if PEMM reduces pain, disability, and bladder control problems better than standard care.
