NCT ID NCT07351851
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a hands-on therapy called PEMM (pelvic external myofascial mobilization) combined with strengthening exercises for women who have both chronic low back pain and urinary incontinence. About 130 women aged 18โ65 with these conditions will be randomly assigned to receive either PEMM plus exercises or standard pain treatment plus exercises for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if PEMM reduces pain, disability, and bladder leaks better than standard care.
