Summary
This early-phase study tests a drug called pemigatinib, which blocks a protein that helps leukemia cells grow. It is given after standard chemotherapy to adults newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it improves remission rates. About 32 participants will take part.
