Summary
This study tested two physical therapy methods to help women with stress urinary incontinence, the type that causes leaks during coughing, laughing, or exercise. Sixty women received either pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy or laser acupuncture, along with standard pelvic floor muscle training. Researchers measured which method better improved pelvic muscle strength, reduced leakage, and boosted quality of life.
