Magnetic fields tested to speed healing of diabetic foot wounds

Summary
This study is testing whether a device that creates a pulsating electromagnetic field can help heal chronic diabetic foot ulcers faster. Thirty-two participants with non-healing wounds will receive standard daily wound care, with some also receiving daily magnetic field therapy for up to three months. The goal is to see if this added therapy improves wound closure and tissue health compared to standard care alone.
