NCT ID NCT06630416

Summary

This study is testing whether the chemotherapy drug pemetrexed works better for people with advanced cancers that have spread and carry specific genetic mutations. It will enroll 64 adults with metastatic bladder cancer or other solid tumors who have already tried other treatments. The main goal is to see if the tumor shrinks in response to the drug and to monitor how long the benefit lasts.
