New drug duo offers hope for hard-to-treat vulvar cancer

Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, can shrink tumors in people with vulvar cancer that has come back, spread, or is too advanced for surgery or radiation. About 42 participants will receive the combination. The main goal is to see how many have their tumors shrink or disappear within 24 weeks.
