New drug combo offers hope for Hard-to-Treat vulvar cancer

Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, can shrink tumors in people with vulvar cancer that has come back, spread, or cannot be removed by surgery or radiation. About 42 participants will receive the drug combination. The goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear within 24 weeks.
