First seen May 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study was designed to test whether combining two drugs—pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy that helps the immune system attack cancer) and epacadostat (a drug that boosts immune cell activity)—could shrink tumors in people with extensive stage small cell lung cancer who had already received platinum-based chemotherapy. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available. It was planned for around 0 participants and did not proceed.
