Summary

This early-stage trial tests a combination of three drugs—pembrolizumab, decitabine, and venetoclax—in people with acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome that has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs work together. About 54 adults will take part, and the study focuses on side effects and tumor response.
