Summary
This early-stage trial aimed to see if combining the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab with precise radiation (SBRT) to a lung tumor is safe for people with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer that has spread. Only 2 patients were enrolled before the study was stopped. The main goal was to measure side effects, not to cure the disease.
