Summary

This study tests a device called PelviSense that helps women with stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising) by giving real-time feedback on pelvic muscle exercises. About 132 women aged 18-60 will either use the device with standard exercises or do exercises alone. The goal is to see if the device reduces urine leaks and improves quality of life over 28 weeks.
