Summary
This study is testing whether a minimally invasive procedure to block faulty pelvic veins can reduce chronic pelvic pain in women. Researchers will compare two groups: one receives the vein-blocking treatment, while the other receives only a diagnostic imaging procedure. The goal is to see if the treatment improves pain and quality of life over six months.
