New hope for bladder control: could better posture be the key?
NCT ID NCT07337278
Summary
This study is testing if a combination of posture training and pelvic floor exercises works better than pelvic floor exercises alone for women with urinary incontinence. Researchers will compare two groups of women over 12 weeks to see which approach more effectively reduces leaks and improves quality of life. The goal is to find a more effective non-drug therapy for this common condition.
