NCT ID NCT07404397

Summary

This study is testing which of two extra treatments works better for women with chronic pelvic floor muscle tightness and pain. All participants will receive standard pelvic floor physical therapy. Researchers will compare adding a daily muscle relaxant pill (cyclobenzaprine) to adding the use of a vibrating pelvic floor massage wand to see which helps more with pain, sexual function, and quality of life.
