First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding posture and back exercises to standard pelvic floor training can improve urinary incontinence in women more than pelvic floor exercises alone. 78 women aged 18-65 with stress, urge, or mixed incontinence will be randomly assigned to 12 weeks of either combined therapy or pelvic floor training only. Researchers will measure changes in incontinence severity, symptoms, muscle strength, and quality of life.
