New device aims to speed recovery of bladder and sexual function after prostate surgery

NCT ID NCT07333807

Summary

This study tested whether a special pelvic floor training device called the Pelvic Clock helps men recover faster after robotic prostate cancer surgery. Researchers compared the device plus standard exercises against standard exercises alone in 60 men. The main goal was to see if using the device helped more men achieve good cancer control, urinary control, and sexual function six months after surgery.
