First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced high-grade neuroendocrine tumors (a rare and fast-growing cancer). Participants first receive chemotherapy (etoposide and carboplatin) plus an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab), followed by a maintenance therapy of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib. The goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors and is safe. The study involves 20 adults who have not had chemotherapy for their metastatic disease.
