First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether an essential oil from the pelargonium plant can be used to treat the inner part of baby teeth (pulpotomy) in 30 children. The goal is to see if it prevents pain, swelling, and bone damage as well as current materials. If successful, it could offer a more natural option for preserving baby teeth until they fall out naturally.
