NCT ID NCT07340190

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how a cancer drug called pelabresib changes the way the body processes three other medicines: repaglinide (for diabetes), midazolam (a sedative), and a birth control pill. It involves 24 adults with advanced cancers who have no standard treatment options. The goal is to gather information for safer drug use, not to treat the cancer itself.
