Summary
This study aims to see if a medicine called peginterferon alfa, alone or with antiviral drugs, can clear the hepatitis B virus from the blood of 10,000 adults who have already tried interferon. Participants will choose their treatment group. The goal is to achieve undetectable virus levels after 48 weeks of therapy.
