Summary
This study tested a program where trained peer supporters helped pregnant women living with HIV stay in medical care after giving birth. The program included face-to-face education sessions during pregnancy and phone support up to three months after delivery. The goal was to improve retention in HIV care and viral suppression during the first year postpartum.
